WE RESPECT YOUR PRIVACY
Your privacy is critically important to us. We at Trackino have a few fundamental principles:
We don't ask you for personal information unless we truly need it.
We don't share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law, develop our products and services, or protect our rights.
We treat your personal information with the highest regard to privacy and security.
COLLECTING PERSONAL INFORMATION
Trackino only collects personal information about you if you voluntarily choose to share it with Trackino. Trackino does not share, rent or sell information concerning Trackino's members or other users of its Services to third parties in ways other than disclosed in this privacy statement.
To use the core functionality of the Services, you must first complete the registration form and agree to our Terms and Conditions. During registration you will be required to provide personal information such as your name and email address.
There are several other opportunities on the Services for you to share personal information about yourself with Trackino. This may include information about you such as your equipment and activities, your biking routes, your name, and your zip code and e-mail address. Trackino will also collect your credit card or other payment information if you choose to become a Trackino Member. If you choose to share any personal information with Trackino, Trackino may store it and use it for internal research and other Trackino marketing purposes, including e-mailing you with special promotions and other programs of interest. If the information is sent as part of a Services evaluation, Trackino may also use the information to contact you about your comments.
When you log into the Web site, a permanent cookie will be stored on your computer. Generally, cookies work by assigning to your computer a unique number that has no meaning outside of Trackino. Trackino's permanent cookies do not contain any personally identifying information. Trackino uses them to automatically keep you logged in so you don't have to re-enter your Member Id and password repeatedly. Trackino's permanent cookies will be cleared when you log out of the Web site. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually change your browser to prevent that. Not accepting cookies may make certain features of the Services unavailable to you. Trackino may use your IP address to identify you, to administer the Web site and to assist in diagnosing problems with Trackino's server.
THIRD PARTY COOKIES
Besides Trackino's cookies, the Web site sets cookies from Google Analytics and/or third parties. You can learn about expiration on cookies from Google Analytics at: http://code.google.com/intl/da/apis/analytics/docs/concepts/gaConceptsCookies.html#HowGAUsesCookies and http://www.facebook.com/help/cookies.
Like most standard Web site servers the Web Site uses log files. This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type and date/time stamp to analyze trends, troubleshoot and administer the Web site, track user's movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses, etc. are not linked to personally identifiable information. In addition, Trackino uses Google Analytics as a method of tracking Services statistics and user behavior on the Services.
You may decide to send Trackino personally identifying information in an e-mail message which might contain information or inquiries about Trackino's products or services. Trackino will use this information to identify you as a Trackino member and to respond to the electronic mail. Trackino will only use the information obtained to resolve the issue identified in the e-mail. Trackino never sells e-mail addresses. You may change or request deletion of your personal information by contacting email@example.com.
SHARING PERSONAL INFORMATION AND USER GENERATED CONTENT
Trackino may disclose and make publicly available on the Services your personal information and User Generated Content. However, no sensitive personal information will per default be disclosed or made publicly available by Trackino, e.g. your weight, e-mail, password to the Services, phone number and any payment information. Any auto-posting of your activities and other User Generated Content to connected partners (e.g. Facebook or Twitter) requires your active consent.
Information about you and your use of the Services may be aggregated with other information collected on the Services or otherwise used in ways that do not personally identify you or constitute personally identifiable information. This type of aggregated or statistical information may be used by us to improve the quality of the Services or for other purposes that we may deem appropriate.
RIGHT OF ACCESS TO DATA
All personal information and User Generated Content are stored and processed by Trackino on servers located within the European Union. The personal information processed on you is accessible on your account via the Services. You may contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get information on what personal information are processed in relation to you and if relevant have them erased or rectified.
